to lie about the facts.

Faith says—

“I see the facts,
but the facts are not God.”

Father, in the name of Jesus,

strengthen somebody's faith tonight.

Somebody has prayed so long
they've gotten tired of expecting anything.

Wake their expectation back up.

Not expectation in people.

Not expectation in circumstances.

Expectation in You.

For families that have been divided,
give them another opportunity
to get it right.

For children who have gone
in the wrong direction,
send conviction and wisdom.

For somebody standing
at a financial wall,
give them discipline,
strategy,
and provision.

For the person fighting temptation,
show them the escape
You promised in Your Word.

For somebody who has stopped praying
because disappointment made them quiet—

teach them to call Your name again.

And whatever Your answer is,
give us enough faith
to trust Your wisdom.
